Chase Center Southeast Aeriel View Day_j

Chase Center

San Francisco, CA

Perched along the San Francisco Bay, the exquisite new landmark features an iconic 18,000-seat arena, replete with cutting-edge technology and premium amenities, as well as two 11-story office buildings, which will serve as Uber’s new headquarters.

 

The arena is home court to the six-time NBA champion Golden State Warriors and serves as backdrop for more than 200 concerts, conventions, and cultural and community events annually.

 

Chase Center’s 11-acre site also includes over 20 unique retail locations, 3.2 acres of public plazas, a 925-space subterranean parking structure, and an iconic gatehouse.

Johns Hopkins Hospital New Clinical Building

Baltimore, MD

The state-of-the-art hospital building consists of twin 15-story Children’s and Adult medical towers connected by an eight-story ambulatory care podium.

 

The new facility, at 1.5 million square feet, includes 560 beds, 33 operating rooms, 42 Radiological Suites and 96 emergency treatment areas for both adult and pediatric care and interconnects with the Weinberg Cancer Building and the Johns Hopkins Nelson Harvey Building to form this new  health-care complex.

National Museum of African American History & Culture 

Washington, DC 

Occupying the last available space on the National Mall, the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History & Culture (NMAAHC) is situated prominently next to the Washington Monument.

The 409,000 square-foot structure allows visitors to learn about the richness and diversity of the African American experience, what it means to their lives, and how it helped shape America.

Chicago, IL

150 North Riverside rises 54 stories on the eastern edge of a two-acre site on the Chicago River's west bank.

 

The building features 1.2 million square feet of leasable office space, but due to its unique superstructure design, only encompasses 25 percent of the lot. The remaining 75 percent of the project site contains a public park, amphitheater, and riverwalk.

Opportunities for College Students

Our summer associate program provides a realistic view of what it’s like to work at Clark through meaningful, hands-on experiences, including opportunities to work in project development, project management, field supervision, or business operations. Summer associates assume a wide variety of responsibilities during their time with Clark, ensuring a solid understanding of the fundamentals of our business.
 

Our goal is to provide you with countless opportunities for learning, growth, and career development, and we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience both professionally and personally. In addition to gaining valuable real-world experience, you will have the opportunity to build relationships throughout the organization through activities such as socials, jobsite tours, community service, and company events.
